Parasol•Craft 3 is now available! This issue is inspired by spring, by children, by playfulness. The cover itself is inspired by the fairy tale Thumbelina. I loved that story and I totally enjoyed illustrating the cover as it reminded me of my fantasies as a child. Sigh.
This issue has 118 pages, and includes the following:
Super talented crafters, artists & photographers
Download: 5 12x12 backgrounds
Paper crafts using the downloadable files
Download: 8 pngs/brushes for Photoshop
Idea: Hand drawn tote bags
Local Shop: Britex Fabrics
Books!
Article: Part 1, Finding Your Creative Self
We also have a giveaway: a $100.00 gift certificate from Fred Flare! Yay! Just follow the instructions and email me the secret code!
You can purchase the magazine here.

Don't forget to click on each feature's links to visit their blogs, websites and shops :) They're amazing!

ReplyDeleteOh goodie! I just finished a CRAP day at work writing a 32 page brochure in 24 hours (I can't believe I typed that fast!) and now something lovely comes along that I can print out, take home and read with a glass of wine. Thanks Yasmine. You've made my day. The issue looks as wonderful as ever.

Yasmine! Another triumph. My favorite part is the story about selling the first commission. You just never know when you encourage a young artist the lasting change for good that you make.
ReplyDeleteAnd I have to say, I sold two little paintings last summer..and I still felt that wonder and amazement.
Thank you.
Downloaded the new issue this morning, so far it's amazing! They just keep getting better!
